MMC 9.1 or 9.02 - Where are they

I am trying desperately to find the MMC 9.1 and subsequently the MMC 9.02 drivers. Everywhere that Google comes up with sends me to the ATi web site which gives me a warning about being an unauthorized user... Since I am using an 8500 I really want the 9.02 since that is the last version that supports the card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to sign up on ATI's website to get the older drivers which is the sux yes but it has to be done.

Then you should be able to click any of those links and get the older version

ATI site registration

You do NOT have to register on ATI site in order to download the drivers and software for your card. You DO have to look hard to find the older versions of MMC though.

Path to download older stuff

Although I did register my card when I bought it, I DID NOT log in to download the older versions of the driver. Did this just this morning so I am speaking from recent experience :P

ATI Customer Care > Drivers and Software > Windows XP > ALL-IN-WONDER > RADEON > Previous Drivers and Software >RADEON Previous Windows XP Drivers and Software versions prior to CATALYST 5.1 / Multimedia Center 9.03

Hope this helps somone else out there digging.

I got the answer to the ATI mmc 9.02 issue!!!!

The drivers for the 9.02 MMC are hidden in plain "site". You just go to https://support.ati.com/ics/support/...asp?deptID=894 and scroll right to the end page of previous drivers. It will seem that there are no more drivers after 9.03 but you have to hit next when you get to page 3 look for this link: RADEON Previous Windows XP Drivers and Software versions prior to CATALYST 5.1 / Multimedia Center 9.03 click the link and scroll down you will see what you are looking for. I registered with this site just to bring you this information so please pass on the love by helping another Nimrodxx the cyber-tracker.

Sorry to...downplay you registering to this forum just to help...or to sort of dampen your spirits... but you're replying to a 7 month old thread with information that the original poster had no interest in after asking for it... and also, information which is quite old and widely known...
