AIW 9600XT TV Crash
Card worked fine until hard drive crashed. After re-installing XP-SP2 and all current ATI drivers MMC TV sound freezes and TV can not be turned off without rebooting system. Tried omega drivers, which works longer before crashing. System running with iel chip with hyperthreading on. With hyperthreading turned off- audio out of sync on TV.

Try removing all the ATI software, running driver cleaner, install the software off the CD, see if it works, if yes, move on to removing all the ATI software, running driver cleaner, install the software off of ATI's website, then keep going
