Can't find driver for Capture Card with Philips SAA7131E

I don't know if it's a philips brand but it has Philips SAA7131E on the chip. I've spent 2 days looking for a driver to make the card work and oddly enough i have found nothing. I haven't checked here yet. I just came straight to the forums. There's nothing on it that would tell me what brand it is, so im guessing its a philips or it's generic. I'm not sure if it will help but the board on it is Red. I'm new to capture cards so if anyone could tell me what all i need i would appreciate it.

Where did you get it?

Best thing to do is find out what it is and the easiest way is to just find numbers on the card and punch them into Google and see what that comes up with.
