Help With AIW 9600watching tv on monitor

I recently bought a AIW 9600 256mb 2006 Edition and I need help on if I can get better reception when i watch tv on my monitor I have installed all the drivers and software not really sure on what to do since I'm new in this area .

Any help would be great Thx Inadvanced

System Specs

You hooked up to an antenna, or cable? And is the picture snowy and/or are channels missing that you normally receive when watching your standalone television?

Tripple check the connections on the back and make sure everything is nice and tight
