Ati Hd Tv Tuner

WOW!!! I have had the ATI HD tuner for a while and I have only used the standard tv mode. Today I hooked up the antenna and get the digital channels hooked up and WOW HD on the computer looks GREAT!!! I watched the Packer game in HD and it was amazing! I can't get over how cool it is now to have hd on the computer I can watch when ever I want. That is if the networks are showing anything in HD. Later tonight I watched Vertical Limit that fox showed and it was also in HD and man does it look good.

I would say to anyone looking to get a tv tuner spend the extra money and get the HD version!

The only bad things about it is that the remote sucks like the thread below this one said and the antenna they give works but is not amped and is very weak so getting a new antenna would not be a bad idea. Another thing is that I might be doing something worng but when watching digital tv it makes a folder with nothing in it but really fills up the space in that folder somehow. After watching the packer game for like 3 hours it had like 7+ gigs of storage in it? but I just delete the folder after each use and it's all good. Other than that for me it's a must have when I am not by my real HD 50" tv.

I think that'd be the temp folder it uses for timeshifting duties but it should delete it unless you have the preserve timeshift between sessions on.

Well how do I check to see if the preserve timeshift between sessions is on or not?
