the sharpness slider in MMC?

I don't know if any of you guys have seen this or not...but using other apps that give you acces to filters, allows you to get at a sharpness slider thats is not available in MMC... It does affect the picture though and is part of the ATI driver. if you have any apss that allow you to open the properties of the ATI capture filter then hit the tab at the to that says "Video Proc" you can get at the slider. What is even more strange is that this page looks exactly like the video settings page from MMC. For whatever reason ATI deosn't want you to have access to this setting..... Any of you guys figure out how to get at it?
