Have you tried reseating all your hardware then, and perhaps leaving out stuff you don't need? (extra network cards, extra sound, extra USB devices etc.)

yep tried all that, pretty much it has to be related to the card b/c it will only do it when it is graphic intensive, cs: source and 3dmark would keep crashing.

after viewing a few more threads i decided to pull two of my ram pieces and it's running fine, so i'm guessing it must be the ram.

I think you need to check out your PSU then, and also look to make sure the cooler is functioning properly, perhaps replacing the paste on it. If the card only does it during graphically intense things you shoulda said that, that's a completely different issue

cpu temp at idle 34c mb temp 26c +12V 12.22v +5V 5.12v +3.3V 3.38v Vcore 1.44v so all the values seem okay, i guess the last thing to check i'll try and reseat the cooler and cpu, |

Well I'd try replacing the paste first and see what happens there, sometimes it can cause your card to randomly error up

Yeah I was about to ask does it do it during games too or just desktop/TV usage specifically?
