Help!!!!

Hi everybody, I'm new here. I'm having a problem with my All-in-Wonder X800XT. I just installed it and I'm unable to use the tv and fm feature. I tried to setup the TV, but when It's searching for channels it takes forever and just doesn't do anything. I left it overnight and nothing happened. I guess in order to use the radio and tv I have to finish that setup, but I'm unable to do it. I used the feature on the software where you can check your system to see if everything's working fine and it tells me that directx 9.0 is not installed properly, I re-installed that and it still says the same thing. It also says that I need a RADEON graphic card to use the TV. I'm confused!!!!

I have a Sony Vaio
Windows XP Home Edition
AGP 4x
1.6 GHz Intel Pentium 4 processor
512Mb RAM

first of all welcome to DH

now to the problem

the x800xt is a radeon graphics card.....radeon x800xt....(make sure you disable your onboard video in the bios and have your monitor plugged into the x800xt) but i dunno i have an ati tv wonder pro and i cant get that working either (no windows x64 edition drivers) tv tuners are just a pain in the ass.....try Dscaler instead of ati MMC maybe that will work.... www.dscaler.org

Yeah!

I got it working. I just updated the drivers, and that did the trick. The TV picture sucks though. It's not very clear. Oh and now the DVD is gone from the multimedia center. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to keep playing with it
