Very Annoying Graphical Problem In Medal Of Honour Pacific Assault

Now before I start I don't know if my problem is the same as this guys problem http://www.hardwareheaven.com/windows-xp-radeon-display-drivers/100411-x800xl-graphic-bugs.html

the reason why i'm not posting in that thread is that he has the same problem (i think) on different games.

When playing Medal Of Honour Pacific Assault alot of textures seem to be flashing at me or seem to be changing shape almost.

It's hard to explain but i've captured a video of the problem on the mission where you fly the aeroplane and in the cockpit the problem is plain to see.

This problem also seem to be happening alot with trees in the game so some of the night missions are very hard as you have to spot the enemy whilst the trees are glitching at you.

GFX Card is Radeon X800GT PCI-E 256MB with AA 2x and AF 16x.

And i have the 1.02 mohpa patch installed.
