1900XTX...wrong clock speed?

Ok, here's a fun one. I currently bought myself a 1900XTX from my job over at CompUSA. It's the officially ATI release.

Now, here is my problem:

ATI's Core speed:
650MHz
ATI's Memory speed:
775MHz

MY Core speed according to ATI Tools (version 0.25 Beta 14) and CCC:
499.50MHz
MY Memory speed according to ATI Tools (version 0.25 Beta 14) and CCC
594.00MHz

In CCC, I see that the "requested" timings are correct. I just want to make sure nothing is wrong with the card. I have until Tuesday to return it...and if so...i might have to go back to the BFG 7800GT OC *sigh*

See, this is what happens when i don't upgrade for 5 years...lol. I'm starting to miss my ol' 9700Pro AIW.

Those are the 2d-clocks your card has, and when you Launch Atitool the first time, it should pop up a window, saying about 2d/3d-clock frequencies.

ah cool...i was wonder what that little blurb was all about. Now i just need to figure out the bottleneck in my system:

OCZ 1gig DDR-SDRAM/ 400MHZ Duel Channel
AMD Althon 64 3700+
Ati x1900xtx
Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeMusic
500 Watt Ultra Xconnect Power supply
