Ati Radeon 9100 dvi output problem.HELP!!!

Hi guys.I need some help.I use the latest radeon omega drivers (I have tried all ATICatalyst-Hydravision Versions.I always remove the old drivers from my system) but I can't have any signal out of my dvi outpu t.I TRY TO CONNECT A SIMPLE PLUG AND PLAY MONITOR (VGA).I use a vga-dvi adapter (a cheap one).I switch my monitors but I have no signal with either monitor out of the dvi output.Everything works fine on the vga output.Any help or idea please?

Defective card or bent pins? Bad port on the monitor?

Looks like a bad DVI port to me.
