AMD X2, X1900XT Stutter fix!

Hello.

I just want to share my knowledge.. this will help getting smooth stable fps. No more stutter and hitching!

Fix for AMD X2 CPU:
1. Install AMD X2 drivers.
2. Disable Cool And Quit.
3. Install MS hotfix for dual cores. Set the parameter to 1 in the datase!

2. download the PCI Latency tool. Set everything to 0 except the PCI Express/Video card - should be set to 32.

I will take a look at this tool. Thanks...

EDIT:
How does the video card show up in there - I can't see an entry that would fit the bill? I thought it was only AGP-cards that had a latency timing?
