x1300 tweaking

Hi all, this is my first post.
I have a gecube x1300 256MB DDR2 agp. I have overclocked the card to 650/720 but i think, if the core is the same of the x1300pro the mem could get to 800mhz.. So i think it's because the voltage of the card is too low. I have read the voltmods for the x1300 pcie at techpowerup, but i couldn't find anything about the agp version... Someone know about software volt mods?

I don't think the X1300's support software volt modding... I know the X1800's do but the X1300's I'm not so sure
