I no longer have my XTPE, but I can tell you that the ram is set for 560mhz, while the GPU is set for 520mhz.

As a note: the X800XT and AIW are clocked at the same rates of 500mhz for the GPU, and 500mhz for the Memory. As well, while you would be able to get the GPU up to the same speed as the XTPE, the ram is a different matter since the ram on the XT and AIW are slower than that used on the XTPE. You should be able to get the ram up to about 540mhz with no problems, however beyond that you will need to add some type of passive cooling, such as heatsinks for the ram.

True, almost everyone used the same ram on their X800 XT/XTPEs (cept Connect3D, and couple others), which is 1.6ns 600mhz Samsung DDR. However, unlike the XTPE where you could get the ram up to 600mhz stable, with the XTs most times you won't get past 575mhz (I remember Hexidecimal starting a thread about the AIW here on the forums that mentioned the same thing). Why this is, I can't say for certain, but it could be due to voltages. Yes, you can get the XTPEs 560mhz timings from stock on the XT (and on the AIW), but one thing I've experienced with owning both cards is that if you up the frequency of the XTs memory to the XTPEs timings it runs much hotter. Again, this could be due to voltages.

Speaking of which, that is where the main differences come in between the cards. Even though they all use the same ram, and the same GPU, on the XT and AIW the GPUs voltage is different. So, overclocking the card higher can be tricky. You can get it to 520mhz, but anything beyond that requires some voltage modding to have it be stable. With the XTPE this wasn't the case, however the headroom for overclocking on stock fans wasn't that great anyways.

There might be an easy way for you to get the info (I should have thought of this before).

There is an ATI bios editing program called RaBit, which you can get HERE, and from THIS page you can download any ATI bios you want, including the XTPE one (there is 3 on that page actually). Using RaBit you can not only edit the bios, but the 2nd last tab called "Logging" will have complete information on the bios, including memory timings (which will be at the bottom of the log).
