Overclocking tool for R5xx question

For some reason who ever replies in that sticky doesnt get answered anymore

Id like to know who made it? where did it originaly come from? , why has nobody got the tweaker and modified it?

For me its alot better than ati tool but it still has it flaws and could be SO much better, it has the odd moment of totaly freezing up the system for no reason , needs a profile saver and also force volts. Voltage resets to 1.40 in games instead of the 1.48 im setting. If someone got this overclocker and modified it to the stuff ive mentioned it would be SO so awsome
