radeon 9600XT problem

I have a problem with this card.When I start a game my computer makes after 2 sec a restart.where is the problem? I have drived new newst drivers and omega drivers and have new motherboard drivers.And i have playd in the bioss ,but nothing.

check heatsink then PSU
also for my Sapphire 9600XT i've found that the best & stable drivers are the old ones - try Omega Drivers 3.8.221 ( http://www.omegadrivers.net/archive.php )
