Okay I have an important question about these cards.

Now some say "able to recieve channels up to 110, or 250 and blah blah."

So that means if I hooked my TV tuner card to my Cable box, it would only be able to see channels up to 110?

Or does that mean it can recieve up to 110 WITHOUT the Cable reciever that it where I am confused.

It means without it.

If you plug the cable box in and go to channel 3 or whatever it will work as your TV does, the box does the tuning then puts it to channel 3 and the PC sees it.
