You seem to have about the same comp. that i have. I was wondering if you would mind sharing your system set-up/config with me? I have problems with massive framerate hits in some of the games I play. ie. NASCAR 2002 and IL2 Sturmovik, Battle of Britain. Ill be cruising along at 60-70 FPS and when some action comes along it will drag me down to the teens. I have tried a number of graphic setting combonations. All eye candy to min. Changed the IRQ address of my sound card SoundBlaster 5.1 Updated AGP drivers,updated mobo drivers. running with Vsync off. AGP app @ 64,tried all the other settings also. I think you get the point. Also, I made sure all old drivers are gone. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.
