problem with ati rage mobility p m agp 2x

Help me!!!
i've a problem with this grafic card on my notebook acer travelmate 521te, when i try to play a poker games like PKR or world poker tournament, appear an error like "impossible to enable a d3d device" i uuppdate windows 2000 at sp4, the latest directx 9.0c and the original driver from the acer site.
I need a Help!!!!
