Problem with Ati Radeon Xpress 200M

Hello!
At first - im not english so my language is not well.
I bought Toshiba L30-10W half year ago and windows vista showed 3.8 as efficient of graphic card. Next i was playing without any problems on the windows xp (call of duty 2, flatout 2, fifa 07). But lately i backed to defaults bios and now i can't play on windows on this games because i have about 5fps. I tried reinstall of windows, old drivers, newest drivers, modded drivers - nothing works . I've installed vista from rescue dvd i got with computer and now the efficient of graphic card score is 2.3!
I have phoenix bios, buy i don't see there any functions connected with graphic card.
Please help!

Sorry of that i refresh topic, but i haven't resolved my problem.
Now i know the problem is occurs by size of hypermemory, now i have 128mb, but when i bought computer it was 256mb. So my question is how i can change size of hypermemory in my graphic card?

Greetings and welcome to DriverHeaven!

First of all, when you install Windows you also need to install the Motherboard Drivers and Chipset Drivers. Additionally, install DirectX again.

Second, to increase the HyperMemory you will need to go into the Motherboard Settings and make the change there. Look under Integrated devices for something to do with your video adapter.

Good luck!
