Question about my x700 pro card in HD for games I think I know but?

I think this might be dumb question.
I just order my Newegg.com - Viewsonic DiamaniDuo NX1932w 19" 5ms LCD W/fully integrated HDTV/NTSC/QAM TV Tuner 300 nits (typ) 2400:1 DCR it be here this Monday hopely. Quick question is can I used my currect cable monitor for HD games or do I have used my cable hook it up to my monitor to play HD games for output in the middle? I do have HD cable three wire thing.
Another quesiton is I wanted used dual monitor mode one for my new one and my old one. I plan hook up my LCD HDTV moniotr to my dvi port with converter. Then I going take my other cable monitor hook up to my other output on my monitor other side of my dvi thingie. Question is Can I used my new monitor for tv watching while I have hook up to my DVI port. Can I surf the net on my other end? And my other male connectior for my other LCD gateway monitor for the internet at once? If not I slove this my own, once I get on Monday. I still have wait for my other cable monitor connetor once shows up on Thrusday.
