The easiest thing to do is to use the VGA cable to attack your computer to the hdtv if it supports it.....
a vga cable is several times better then a component set of cables.. imo (so long as the hdtv supports it) But, depending on what converter kit you got... i'm not sure if it's the one with the dip switches or the one without... but find out what maximum hd format it supports...... set the dip switches (if you have that one)...... and then go into the CCC and in the display manager.. there should be a listing for a new device that isn't enabled... right click on it (it should show up as HDTV or DLP or CRT even), and select extend onto main. Frankly i haven't had very good results using the component connection and converteres at all... nor have i had good results with a DVI-HDMI cable connections

Does this mean I have get DVI to HDMI link? I did buy new cable for my monitor it also have usb with monitor cable hook up. My Viewsonic supports up to 1080i even 720p I did highlight those two in HD area of support box.

IMO, it'll be much easier to get something working with a dvi-hdmi connection...
but your best to talk to someone else that has more experience with component out from the pc....
