ati video card flashing the bios???

i have the ati 9700 pro vid card with the 8.003 bios i want to flash to the 8.004 bios how do i go about this step by step or a link i can go to read plz !!!!

please do not post these threads in the driverheaven tools forum, that forum section is for topics specifically relating to Spikes, Dalamars or Patjes apps, ive moved this to the relevant forum.
