System Specs

Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!

It's not recommended to overclock laptop GPU's since they have greater risk to overheat and kill the whole laptop. And I think there are some safe guards preventing users to do so. That would explain why your attempts have failed.

ashik is on a distinguished road

hey there
i had the same problem wit my HD 3470 mobility card... im not sure wich laptop you are using..i assume its either ASUS or Toshiba. mine is a toshiba and apparently toshiba had already restricted OCing the card in this series laptop. my graphic card comes downclocked from toshiba(337Mhz from 680 and 247Mhz from 500) itself due to "heating" problems( why put a 256 MB card in a laptop if its pretty useless). im not really familiar wit OC'ing when its restricted but a friend told me if i can change BIOS setting (something i dunno really) i can OC the card OR since mobility HD3xxx series still isnt supported in many OC'ing softwares, we might just have to be patient until it is supported. either way it is pretty risky.
hope whatever i knew helped you in some way

cheers
