sapphire radeon 9600 pro altlantis ATi and acer K8VM800MAE

i install this graphics card and it works fine doing normal stuff(internet and websites) but when i open guildwars(game) it shuts off my monitor. anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the board Blue

You didn't give much info for us to work with. It would be nice to know what the rest of your system specs are. One easy way to do that is to fill those out in your USER CP for the board. Then it will show up under your name.

Also, what drivers, CAT/Omega, and what version is the driver?

Now, as a quick guess, Is it possible that the game is trying to use a resolution and/or refresh rate that your monitor doesn't support.

Also, does that happen for other games, of just the one?
