Editing VGA BIOS
So i want to set up a custom fan speed profile, i was about to do this with ATI Tray with my X800 XT awhile back but now since i am running dual 2900's it will only set the profile for one card, i havent been able to figure out how to do it in RivaTuner 2.11 and its rather frustrating, the cards can hit up to about 80 celcius (mainly the top card int eh crossfire configuration), i have used riva tuner to set a fixed fan speed at 50% when gaming but some games like anythign based ont he HL2 engine cancels my fixed fan speed reverting it down to 31 or 37% sometimes 44% depending ont he load, Does anybody know of an application that actually works? or will i have to grab VGA bios, edit them and then flash them to get it to work (i dont even know how to edit the BIOS) Any help would be greatly appricated.

Re: Editing VGA BIOS
I wouldn't advise you to edit the bios, unless you know what you are doing.
By the way, latest beta version of ATI Tray Tools does support fan settings in CF mode for both cards. Regards, Partizan P.S. Download latest beta
