There are rumors floating around that ATi will support both Nvidia's PhysX and Intel's Havok.
Overclock3D.Net :: News :: ATI falls for PhysX It is likely ATi will do it on the GPU. If PhysX support becomes meaningful in games I am fairly sure they won't ignore it.

this will depend on what exactly CUDA is......
if its implemented into hardware then yea and if not then driver change probably will work

My guess is GPU-driver solution, or that is current cards and later should be able to do it.
If you recall they got PhysX to work in Vantage a while ago on ATi cards- ATI Runs PhysX With Modified Drivers - Tom's Hardware
