X-fire is it working?

Hey guys,
I've got a question. I've got two Sapphire Toxic X3870's running in X-fire, or at least I think I am. X-fire is enabled in the drivers however AMD's Overdrive is only showing one and PC Wizard, although sees both, says this:

GPU #1 : ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series (512 MB)
GPU #2 : ATI Radeon HD 3800 Series (512 MB)
Technology CrossFire : No

Is there a way to actually tell if both cards are running like they should be? 3D Marks 06 actually dropped 200 pts after I installed the second card and ran it.

Just would like to make sure I'm using both cards effectively.

By the way, I'm using 8.10 of the ATI drivers but I'm wondering if a 700 watt is enough and maybe not pushing enough juice?
