I have a Dell insperon 1501 with a xpress 1150 video card. According to AMD this video card is TV out capable and has a build in DAC chip. The only port it has is a
VGA port so I bought a cord that is
VGA on one side and composite on the other, I plug everything in and when my computer turn on you can sorta see the windows loading screen and once windows boot my tv goes black CCC and ATT cannot detect my TV and ATT force detection is greyed out and CCC dosent have the option for force detect anywhere! I just got the latest Omega drivers for my card. Does anyone have any idea how I am suppose to use Tv Out on this video card?!?! I looked though sooo many posts and cannot find an answer!! Any idea please and thank you
