Very nice Meaker!

Almost 1GHz for core

Try it with a game benchmark and tell us the temperatures

Yeah at that price and clocks there's something well worth to crossfire.
Snap a pic of them when it's up and running if you can.

Crossfire with 1GHz core clock will rock for sure.

Also it would be nice if you could measure somehow the power consumption

Re: OCing the HD 4770 to the max

Well it just so happens I have a zalman ZM-MFC2 fan control with realtime power consumption meter

I'm finally up and running. Will give the power numbers soon. Pics will come when I get my see though window for the case tomorrow since you can see where the side fan is then.

Re: OCing the HD 4770 to the max

OOoops forgot.

Max power consumption is around 305W (from the wall so including PSU wastage) in 3dmark.

My PSU is around 85% efficient at that point. So say around 255-260W actual consumption.

Re: OCing the HD 4770 to the max

Actually I have a confession. The motherboard in that pick got returned due to its scolding hot NB (116C load anyone) causing its death.

I now have the asus P6T-SE, pic:
