Ati led power diagnostics question

I have a sapphire 4890 oc edition. I seen these leds on there for the card. But no info really about im. I know a solid one that stays on could mean trouble. I know they have to do with power to the card. My question is how many our suppose to blink when your fire your comp up. I see 3 blink when i start my comp up. But theres 4 led's on the board. Does that mean i might have a dead led?

Re: Ati led power diagnostics question

That's normal. They will stay on if you dont connect the power cords or if there is not enough juice going to them.
