Triplex Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb AGP - help for drivers

Hope you find a solution that doesn't give you issues any ideas on a replacement?

It wasn't a waste of time - Just a shame it didn't work out.

You going to try another AGP card or going back to your on-board graphics?

Try cleaning the VIA/S3 Unichrome IGP drivers with Driver Cleaner .net in Safe mode, then restart and install the catalyst 8.12 drivers again...should work...if it's not working..i don't know...
