Are WDDM 1.1 and ATI HD3450 incompatibles?

I've been using Windows Vista and Catalyst 9.8 agp hotfix with my ASUS AH3450 without problem with aero. Now I'm using Winodws 7 RTM with the same Cartalyst and the new aero (WDDM1.1) gives me lots of problems! For example, aero runs in desktop and can open folders but I can't resize a window. If I do that the desktòp stalls and TDR appears. in that moment I have realized the gpu/ram clock is 110Mhz/252Mhz. With the basic theme (without aero) works perfectly.
The only way I can use aero is opening an HD movie and minimizing the window movie on the taskbar. With that aero doesnt' stalls and the gpu clock is always at 600Mhz and ram 400Mhz.
Could be a problem with PowerPlay? It seems new WDDM1.1 needs more gpu clock on boot to work well.

edit: Right now I'm using Catalyst 9.2 (WDDM1.0) and it works awesome in Windows 7 so it's something about WDDM1.1. Is there a way to install Catalyst 9.8 and forcing WDDM1.0??

sry. bad english or not. this thread doesn't make sense. try running a virus scan or replacing your hard drive if erronous.
