Re: HIS X1650 pro agp crushing problem!
Okay, Well here's a question for you, Sorry your post is sort of chaotic, so maybe people are trying to exactly understand your problem.
But here's what I am thinking, if it's going to power save, like you know THE CORD IS NOT CONNECTED, You're either going to a reolsution, (somehow) your monitor is not supporting, or a refresh rate your monitor is not supporting, have you... 1. Tried a different monitor? 2. Tried forcing a different refresh rate, (there are tools to do that, or you can try it yourself from the control panel) 3. Tried to driverclean then reinstall the drivers. 4. Tried deleting the game/config file of whatever you are launching? If that all fails, we'll have to try something else, I didn't understand what you meant by to many programs, Is it possible you have a faulty card? Or the VRM is kicking on and recovering? Does the screen come back? |

Tried different VGA cable ? , also is this issue happens only when you connect the card not when you connect the monitor to your on-board display output , right ?

Have you tried the specific drivers for your monitor? Some monitors just don't work quite right with windows generic monitor drivers.
