9600 pro dual display problem

Hi, hope someone can help with this problem.

I have a Sapphire Radeon 9600 pro with a 17" Iiyama VM pro 413 for my graphic work and primary desktop and a 15" TFT for text and desktop extension.

When I load up MOHAA Breakthrough it takes about 3 or 4 minutes to start up and then when I try to adjust the brightness in the game controls it adjusts the brightness of the TFT which is not in use

The first problem has been occurring for some time and is probably nothing to do with the graphics, however the second problem has only started since I swapped out my Radeon 8500 for a 9600 pro.

Does it do this on any other games? I don't have that game to test on my system.

Duh, sorted, used driver cleaner and reinstalled drivers. That's fixed the dual display problem. After reading various post, I disabled messsenger and quit my A/V software and that seems to have cured the game problem.
