I have a big problem with my ati 9700 pro

My system spec.
ati 9700 pro 128mb gigacube
epox rda+ rev 2,1
amd 1700+@2200
512mb kinston 333
80gb western 8mb

i cant use AA fully with a lots of game. for example nfs underground. i use 6x aa and i got 20 fps then turn off aa i got 40-60fps
another example is LOTR War of the Ring, i cant use aa with it too.
what is my problem?

i was use lastest omega driver but now i try ati 3,10 drivers as beta
nothings changed

Hate to sound like a broken record......but I would uninstall them...use Driver Cleaner......and install the Cat 3.7 drivers and see if your performance improves. Also list the game that you are having the poorest performance with.

i have only 20fps with 1024x768x32 6x aa 16x af in nfs underground

While I have yet to play NFS underground yet I dont think those frame drops are too far off with you having everything (AA&AF) maxed out. Do you have all unneccesary background tasks disabled through the task manager? Try turning the AF down to 8X and you should see a difference enough to offset the AA being maxed.
