Which are the best drivers for ATI Radeon 9000 PRO?

I'm asking tou this because i want to get the best of my video card. I've already changed my CPU, now i have an AMD Barton 2600+ and i know that my video card is the one who slows the system. Now i'm using Catalyst 3.8 and i'm wondering if is another set of drivers that can work better.
In 3dmark2001SE benchmark it scored 8200 with default settings and 4800 in 1600x1200. Is it enough? I don't really know.

Possibly, but if so depending on what games you play. I would simply try the latest drivers and see how real applications do on your system. Whether or not the result in 3DMark increases doesn't really mean anything.

I have a 9800 Pro...best drivers for me has been and still are the Omega's based on the 3.7's.
I play 95% D3D games, so your choice may differ.

Overall, from what I've seen, read and heard from real gamers, not some lame ass review site,
the Cat 3.8's and 3.9's are, on the whole and in the end...basically shit. Again, most of my info
comes from people who play D3D games. OpenGL people may have different opinions.

Donator
hmm, odd. I like the 3.9s D3D, but I like the 3.7s OGL.
