Random restarting?

Does anyone get this problem of their system randomly restarting, sometimes when in 3Dmark or Aquamark and then other times just totally random?

i get the windows message after reboot sayinf that windows has recovered from a serious error and this is what it says in the report?

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini121903-09.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Gavin\LOCALS~Temp\WER32.tmp.dir00\sysd ata.xml

I read somehwere that it was to do with temperature issues; but my system is runing quite cool i thought:

Idle CPU= 33C
MB= 30C

After 3dMark03 CPU= 39C-41C
MB/System=34C

Anyone got any ideas?

I get the same thing, usually when my system is a bit overheated. etc benchmarking or playing games for long time.

Usually a result of my graphics card overclocking... you overclock yours?

I have done earlier on this week but then put it back to stock.

Quite worrying really cause its a new card.

Are the new XTs renound for overheating mate?

if fast writes are enabled shut them off
