TV-card Drivers_vs_ omega drivers???

hello experts over there
I have an ATI radeon 9800SE card and installed the omega drivers, all went fine and is working properly on a win2k.
Now my PC came with aTV-card installed and the drivers-CD. When I try to install the TV-card drivers. the whole system collapses...
Any good ideas of what I can do to install my Tv-card drivers?
Thank you

What kind of TV card do you have? Note below I have an ATI TV card with a Radeon 7500, and use the Omegadrivers with ATI's MMC software too - it was tricky (version matchups and so forth) - and can update the Omegadrivers ok without disturbing the MMC functions, so maybe I can assist...

First off you might check the makers website for updated drivers/software.
also, make sure your not useing the pci slot right under you agp slot and make sure
you've got the latest bios for your mobo.

I have an ATI TY Wonder VE and could only run it with an old MMC.
