9800 pro and numbers?
I am new to ATI. My question is after reading several forums for a couple of weeks I have noticed that these gpu and ramdac clock numbers are verry confusing to me. I have an built by ATI 9800 pro 128 mb card. Seems that several people that have a 9800 pro same card has differing numbers before overclocking even within the same mfg. and even having the same ram. Before rambling on and getting lost in my own question here it is. Using Aida 32 - enterprise system information it states gpu 378 and ramdac clock 400. If this is accurate then why so many differing numbers from so many different users with the same card. And after overclocking why are some reporting numbers much lower than these ramdac numbers specifically. Thanks
