Default Post Determine original Ati 8500 gainst Ati 8500LE matched with RadEdit!!!!

How can I determine original Ati(built by ATI) Radeon 8500 gainst Ati(built by ATI) Radeon 8500LE matched with RadEdit - BIOS editor for Radeon on 275mHz core and 275mHz memory(or with some other bios editor for Radeon).
This card I am interested for, has ,275mHz core and 275mHz memory, with Hinyx 3.3ns memory chips.
I have p/n and sn:/ numbers from the card!
Here are they:
P/N:1028571700
SN: 110204001386 Radeon 8500 ddr MADE IN CHINA

It's in OEM package, but they assure me that this is Built BY ATI ,full RADEON 8500 64MB DDR DVI.

it seems like full but ,is it full?

It seems like ATI(built by ATI) because 102 number in first row but here is link to ATI site explaining this:

http://mirror.ati.com/support/identify/cardver.html
http://mirror.ati.com/support/ident...aphProduct.html

But is it LE or full that's the question ,difference between that two card is in few details, some capacitor's from front of the card and some resistors from back of the card, in some forums I found that some transistors are different and because of all things changed in LE model you have smaller voltage on core and smaller voltage on memory, plus core on LE model is problematic because of smaller voltage(card core is on 250mHz) they detect more problems with overlapping textures in some games(Mercedes Truck , and so on...),I must say I know that full version(8500) have problems with overlapping textures in some games but in much smaller quantity!!!!!

With full version you can overclock core to 327mHz(1 of 30 card's) or 320mHz(1 of 5 card's), and for memory(most important) you can overclock LE(3.3ns infinion tiny bga,3.3ns hinyx) version to 615 mHz(1 of 5 card's) or 625 mHz(1 of 20 card's) but for full 8500 with slower memory (eg. 3.5ns ,3.6ns ,4ns) you can go above LE memory speed to 640mHz (1 of 5 card's) and 660 mHz (1 of 30 card's).

I must say numbers in bracket's are: "from how much card you can expect that overclocking capability's".
I own small Computer company and one benchmark site and policy in my company is: "we test all ATI card's ,how much they can hold on , because I want to sell perfect card's to my customers".

I am talking about stable overclocking.(ability to perform 12 loop cycle test in 3dMark2001)!

I suspect that this card I am talking and bunch of others , are modified ATI 8500LE to 275/275 with "RadEdit - BIOS editor for Radeon" or is it modified directly in fabric(I know ATI by reputation and I think that they are innocent and I pray to GOD that ATI will manage to overlap NVIDIA or to be the same power as NVIDIA , because whole computer community will benefit in that battle for positions on global computer MARKET).
WHO is responsible for that ATI, or wholesale's for that!!!!(there is chance that I am wrong but than this card suck in overall overclocking capabilities(I have box with 50 card's) !!!!

Well if you want to know if it is built by ATI, look on the board, it will either have a "Build by ATI" or "Powered by ATI" logo on it.

The first ATI page you mention includes a link ("102 Part Number Lookup") that leads to a form; fill the 102 part number you provided (NOT the sn) and you will get:

RADEON 8500 64MB DVI D VGA NTSC/PAL 250E/2M

Looks like full 8500.
