Please notice how high they overclock thier cards to. I doubt all cards are so "overclockable" .

Uh ZhaoYun that was done by an enthusiast. If it were an ati employee they would have introduced him as "ATi's own Sami Mäkinen".

Yes... he may have been lucky. Though you should keep in mind thats a press sample where the drivers are not mature. In other words this card's speed is only going to go up.
