Problem with City of Heroes on laptop

I just got City of Heroes on my HP compaq nx9010 laptop but the graphics won't display properly. The images like the characters appear ghost-like or are completely invisible, but otherwise everything, like the sound, work fine. I have an ATI Radeon IGP 345m, this is the only game I've had any problems with, even ones that have similiar system requirements namely ATI Radeon 8500 or better. I've tried downloading new drivers, catalyst, omega, etc., I can't seem to get anything to work.

Can anyone help me out? I'm getting frustrated and tired of looking all over the web for something that can work.
