can someone tell me what are this 3 cards use for.are they the same as rdinary ati cards or not.please tell me

Chances are if you don't know what they are, they're out of your league.

Don't worry though.. from what I hear, they're really not good at all for playing games. They're more like what you'd use to render CG cutscenes for games.
