Mobility Radeon 9000
Hey, I have an alienware laptop, and I'm very interested in overclocking/maximizing it. I have the new Omega drivers and have been trying to work with them, but all I can manage is a score LOWER (about 200 points) than the newest ATI drivers. System specs are 3.06 P4, Mobilty Radeon 9000 128mb (duh), 1 GB RAM. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

overclocking a laptop is bad news especially given the heat that's given off inside the case. the only thing you can do is get a new video card. right now, there's a mobility 9700 pro 128 mb out and i believe a mobility 9800 pro 128 mb is out too. if the mobile 9000 pro is anything like its pc counterpart, you probably wont be playing any dx9 games without lag. that's why i sold mine
.

Yea, I already have a burn mark on it as it is... Looks like I'm juts going to have to buy a desktop
. BTW, the newest mobile card is the X600. I've gotten to test it at my work, and it's FAST as hell.
