9800SE 256MB Bios Question

I have just I bought a 9800SE
on the box it says 9800SE, 4 rendering piplines, 128bit memory, 256MB

Before I bought it I checked what layout the memory chips where, and they where in an "L" shape so knew it was 256 bit.
I installed normal drivers and ran 3dmark
3d Mark 3320

Next I installed Omega Drivers v2.5.67 opening up 8 piplines.
3d Mark 4862
Next I ran ATI tool
Default GPU clock 380mhz
Default Mem clock 300mhz
It overclocked to
GPU clock 426mhz
Default Mem clock 310mhz
No Artifacts.
Ran 3d Mark again
3dMark 5248

At this point I like to thank all you guys who post here as I wouldn’t have got this far with out these forums.
I have sent off for an Artic VGA Cooler Rev. 3 and some RAM Sinks.
I am considering Opening the pipelines permanently by hard modding (with conductive paint) and flashing the bios.

But this is where I am stuck.

I can’t get any info on my card at http://www.peakhardware.com/products/index.aspx?group=VGA%20Cards they only have the 128mb version listed.
I have no idea which bios to use or if it will work, the 128bit versions uses Hynix memory 2.8, no idea about mine.
Any suggestions on how I should proceed and will it be worth it?
Thanks

Hi and welcome to DH.
opening the extra 4 pipes via hard mod will cancel your warrenty and is realy not something that you need to do.
seeing as you have a 9800SE and need an XT bios for it
I'll mod one for you just send me a copy of your original BIOS tome email at
me972@hotmail.com

and read the following thread cause there is an issue with all 9800SE's flashed to XT.
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/amd-graphics-cards/55722-9800se-flashed-xt-driver-problems-ever-since-4-8-a.html

keep me posted if you need any more help.

Brgds
