Ati 9800 pro issues on some games ..........

I notice buildings specifically rooftops and corners of buildings shake or shimmer, it happens to scenery too example rooftops in Flight sim 2004 and the trees flicker along with radio towers. In some other 3d games edges of buildings seem to flicker as well, this only happens when i'm moving example in flight sim only when plane moves but not when stopped or on pause same goes for other 3d games when walking but not on pause any help on what can be going on here????

I did run driver cleaner i do run 6x AA 16x AF, resolution at 1280x1024 latest ati driver installed and I defragment often System P4 3.0 bus 800 1 gig of ram 400.

Have you tried Omegas?

Please ensure that your mip mapping is set to no more than 4 in the display section of the settings menu in the game. Also please ensure that the Anti Ailiasing is not enabled in this section, ie unchecked, but is enabled via the advanced control for the card.

I hope this helps you enjoy the game, and the cards ability to really show the graphics off.

I donÂ´t say that its going to help your specific probs, but for many fellas in need of solving game probs, the Omegas is one way to try/go!

i have an Radeon 9800 Pro and i have no problems in any games, i used CAT untill yestarday and gived Omega a try, i must say that Omega does indeed do an amazing job
