question- primary vga bios

Hi - I just went back to the bios and noticed that the Primary VGA BIOS is set at PCI VGA card, and NOT: AGP VGA card?

is this right? I do have an AGP card (sapphire atlantis 9200SE 128MB)
it was supposed to be an AGP - in top slot (brown) - bellow are white

device manager states 'PCI bus 2' and since it is running two monitors - device O, and functions 0 & 1

This new card was supposed to be installed correctly at the computer store - but hey I live in a small town!

also aperture size is set at 32MB
