Getting Card from RMA outside US

1)I have 2 adresses: on in the US and one in the caribbean. I am now in the Caribbean. If I send my card for RMA, will they send it back to the caribbean?

2)My 9600xt had blocks in games and now in windows it has stripes on the screen. So I have to disable acceleration. What will they do, fix it? Or new card? (9600xt or something higher?: 9800pro?? )

They should send it back to your shipping address, especially if in the rma form they ask for a shipping address. I've had no probs getting rma's from the States to Canada.
