Radlinker AND Atittool?

Just got a ATI X800XL and an Artic Cooler and wanted to check temps before and after the cooler was added. I use Radlinker/Omega exclusively but needed to check temps to see if everything was running ok. I only use ati tray tool to check temps and Radlinker for all other adjustments. Will there be any *conflicts* between RL and the tray tool?

ATI Tray Tool. I like the temp and fan control part of it.

Tried both over the weekend. No conflicts except neither prog would reset my Radlinker gamma/brightness/contrast settings exciting a game. Think I'll just use radlinker as gpu/case temps are no longer a problem with the new cooler

I didn't know the X800XL had temperature monitoring

ATI tool is a more "safe overclocker" than RadLinker, but if you're not gonna go push both sliders up to max then it shouldn't be a problem.

What I do is use ATI Tool to find a baseline and then use Radlinker to see how I go before the artifacts become visible, though you could just use ATI Tool to do that.

Does anyone know if there is any benefit to overclocking while the core is stressed out? (i.e. The fuzzy cube window)
